The Berkshire Immigrant Center provides immigration legal services and connects clients to other resources in our community.

Fees
An initial consultation with a BIC caseworker is $40. Fees may be reduced and waivers are accepted if necessary. Please speak with the front desk for more information about our waiver program.

Clinics
Change of Address
Meet with a BIC case worker for a 30-minute session to Change Your Address with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and/or the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court. Bring documents that were given to you at the border and $1 for postage. Offered monthly, please contact us for details; this is not an immigration consultation.
Non-Immigration Law
Seeking legal advice on non-immigration matters? Attend our Non-Immigration Law Clinic and meet with an experienced attorney from Campoli, Monteleone & Mozian P.C. to address your urgent legal concerns. Four 30-minute appointments are available the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 10am-12pm.
